Le Corbusier was one of the most admired architects of the 20th century, as well as a renowned urban planner and writer, an advocate of modernist architecture, and known as the "Father of Functionalism". Throughout his life, Le Corbusier designed an entire city, completed 400 oil paintings, created 50 sculptures, wrote more than 80 books and magazines, and designed more than 100 pieces of furniture, making him a well-deserved master of creativity in the 20th century.
