Chinese brush painter Hua Bin was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province in 1975, and graduated from the Nanjing Arts Institute with his bachelor's and master's degrees. He focuses on the creation and exploration of Chinese Gongbi Heavy Color Flower and Bird Paintings, and is now a full-time painter and theoretical researcher at the Suzhou National Academy of Painting.
Hua Bin pays homage to tradition with innovative modern patterns, draws inspiration from various art forms, and tries to point to the core of aesthetics of "quietness" and "fantasy" by combining elements in a wild and crazy way. The colorfulness, elegance of the brushwork, and the far-reaching mood make people feel like falling into a dream.
Hua Bin's publications and articles include "The Origin of Palace Painting", "On the Reincarnation of Painting", "The Magnificence of Water", etc. In 2022, Hua Bin's Chinese painting "Rui Ge Hundred Years" was collected by Chairman Mao Memorial Hall.
